JASON R. MARGOLIS, ESQ.
Jason R. Margolis has practiced private criminal defense for more than five years in Clark County, Nevada. He has defended hundreds of clients charged with misdemeanor criminal offenses ranging from DUI to Domestic Violence, as well as dozens of clients charged with more serious felony crimes including bank fraud, distribution of controlled substances, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, possession of child pornography, and attempted murder. He has earned a reputation as a shrewd and capable advocate for his clients, with a particular penchant for drafting powerful and persuasive motions designed to limit the liability and potential exposure of his clients in adverse criminal proceedings.

For 7 years prior to embarking on a law career, Mr. Margolis taught United States History, Government, and Economics to high school students in Southern California, while also coaching high school baseball. A successful teacher, coach, writer, and attorney, Mr. Margolis has always idealized the practice of law, exalted the importance of justice in our society and communities, and sought to champion the causes of the oppressed and maligned wherever possible. Be it through a speech designed to motivate or a pleading designed to persuade, Mr. Margolis is as much of an impassioned and determined advocate for his clients today as he was formerly for his students and ballplayers.
